Patients don't scroll through ten blue links any more. They find a dentist by asking ChatGPT, Google, Claude or any other AI service — and those answers come from sites that can be crawled, quoted and seen to be current. A site that hasn't changed since launch gets left out. We build dental websites that rewrite themselves every month, so yours stays in the answer.

Biggest opportunity: your implant and crown pages have no structured data, so when a nearby patient asks an assistant for a dentist, you're not in the answer.
Sample report. Yours is generated from your live site.
The quiet decline
Nothing breaks. You just stop getting called.
A dental website doesn't fail loudly. It sits there looking fine while everything that used to send you patients quietly stops.
Freshness
Google demotes sites that stop moving
Search engines read update frequency as a proxy for whether a business is still active and still trustworthy. A site that hasn't changed since it launched slides down the results page a little further every quarter — no penalty notice, no warning, just a slow fade.
Invisible
AI assistants can't see you at all
When a patient asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for a dentist nearby, the assistant pulls from sites it can crawl, parse and trust. No structured data, no clear service pages, blocked crawlers — and you're simply not in the answer. Your competitor is.
Generic
Your site was assembled, not designed
A stock template with your logo dropped in, or a page an AI generated in an afternoon. Patients can't tell you apart from the three other practices using the same layout — and neither can the systems deciding who to recommend.
The gap isn't the design. It's the upkeep.
Two practices launch identical sites. One is never touched again. The other gets updated every month. Five years later they are not in the same league.

Illustrative. Directional trend based on how search and AI systems weight content freshness — not a projection of your specific results.
Answer-engine visibility
Patients stopped searching. They started asking.
Ten blue links are becoming one paragraph with three names in it. If an assistant can't crawl, parse and trust your site, you are not one of those three — and there is no page two to be on.

Who's the best dentist near me for a same-week crown?
Based on availability and patient reviews in your area, three practices offer same-week crown placement:
1
Riverstone Dental Group
cited — service page + schema
2
Northline Family Dentistry
cited — reviews + FAQ markup
3
Cedar Park Smile Studio
cited — fresh blog, indexed weekly
Each takes most major insurance plans and books online
Your practice is not in this answer
You are 1.2 miles closer, cheaper, and rated higher. The assistant simply couldn't read your site.
Why you weren't in that answer
AI crawlers allowed
GPTBot and ClaudeBot blocked in robots.txt
Structured data (schema.org)
No Dentist or LocalBusiness markup found
llms.txt present

What we do about it
We let the AI crawlers in. We give them a simple list of every service you offer. We label your hours, insurers and procedures in a format assistants can read and quote. Then we keep it all current — because anything written once is out of date within a year.

What you get
Three things, and the third is the one that matters.
Anyone can sell you a website. The reason practices come to us is what happens in month seven.
01 — Build
A custom site designed to book patients
Not a template with your logo dropped in. We design around your actual practice: the procedures you want more of, the insurance you take, the way your front desk likes to take appointments. Fast, accessible, and built so booking is never more than one tap away.
Custom design, no themes
Works with your systems in place
Add custom plugins
ADA / WCAG accessible
02 — Audit
A free report on the site you have now
Before you pay us a cent, we crawl your current site — your homepage and up to 25 interior pages — and run the same 52 checks we run for clients: whether AI assistants can fetch and quote you, your structured data, the credentials and trust signals health content needs, technical health, on-page search visibility and your booking flow. You get a score out of 100, the five fixes worth making first, and a plain-English PDF. Keep it, act on it yourself, or hand it to your current developer.
52 checks across six weighted categories
One score out of 100, with the workings shown
The five fixes ranked by what each one recovers
Free, and yours whether you hire us or not
03 — Maintain
The part everyone else skips
This is the whole point. Every month our system rewrites headlines, rotates photography, publishes new procedure content, refreshes schema, and pushes updates out to the directories — so the site reads as active to Google, to AI assistants, and to the patient comparing three practices at 11pm.
AI-driven content and layout updates
New posts and procedure pages, human-reviewed
Directory listings kept in sync
Unlimited edit requests on higher plans

Content freshness and last-updated signals
One score out of 100, and the five fixes ranked by what each one recovers
No strings. Plenty of practices take the report straight to their current developer. We'd rather be the ones who told you the truth about your site than the ones who sold you a rebuild you didn't need.
Pricing
Build it once. Keep it alive monthly.
One fixed price for the site itself — half to start, half on launch day — then a care plan that decides how hard the system works for you every month.
Step one — the build
Your custom dental website
Designed from scratch around your practice. Yours to keep the day it launches.
More and more patients start with an assistant instead of a search box — "find me a dentist who takes Delta and does same-day crowns." The assistant answers from sites it can fetch, read and trust. If your robots.txt blocks GPTBot and ClaudeBot, if your services live inside an image or a page-builder widget, or if you have no structured data, there's nothing for it to quote. It doesn't rank you badly; it never sees you. We fix the access, the markup and the wording so your practice is quotable.
Nothing has to break. Search engines weigh how recently and how often a page is updated as a signal that the business behind it is still operating and still current. Meanwhile your competitors publish, expand their service pages, and gather reviews. You don't fall — they climb past you. Continuous updating is how you keep the position you already paid for.
Yes, and there is no call attached to it. Enter your URL, we crawl your site and run 52 checks, and the report lands in your inbox. Plenty of practices take the report and hand it to their existing developer. That's fine — we'd rather be the ones who told you the truth about your site.
Two to three weeks from the strategy call for most practices. Multi-location or heavily customised builds run four to six. We give you a firm date before you pay anything.
No. You can buy the build outright and walk away with it. We'll say plainly that we think that's a mistake — a site that stops changing starts fading within months, which is the exact problem you hired us to fix — but you own the site either way.
The build is $3,495. Half ($1,747.50) starts the work, and the other half is charged on launch day to the same card — you'll see both amounts before you pay anything. Your monthly plan begins on launch day too, so you're never paying for maintenance on a site that isn't live yet. Everything runs through Stripe; we never see your card number.
Only content and presentation, never your clinical information, prices, hours or credentials. Depending on your plan it rewrites headlines and service descriptions, swaps photography, adjusts calls to action, drafts posts, updates schema, and on the Authority plan reorders sections based on what's actually converting. Every change is logged, reversible, and reviewed by a human before it goes live.
You own the site, the domain, the content and the copyright the day it launches. If you ever cancel, we export everything and help you move it. No hostage situations.
Almost certainly. We regularly integrate with the major scheduling and PMS platforms, and where there's no API we build a booking form that routes straight to your front desk. Tell us what you use on the strategy call.
Every month you wait, the gap widens.
Start with the free audit. Two days from now you'll know exactly where you stand, and it will have cost you nothing but a URL.
